Calm before the storm: Miss Howe's garden at her home in Wetheral, Cumbria, had been in good condition
Going, going....Miss Howe said that her insurance company failed to warn her of the dangers after
they inspected a crack in her garden wall earlier this year
Gone: The pensioner said she was lucky to be alive as she used her shed on a regular basis
and 'would not be here' if she had been in it when it collapsed
